Int.RE is an international real estate platform that connects buyers with developers, projects, and sales associates in the Caribbean and Latin America. We provide tools for browsing property listings, submitting inquiries, and managing client relationships.

3. User Accounts

Access to certain features of the Service requires creating an account through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.

4. User Roles and Access

The Service provides different levels of access based on user roles (e.g., admin, manager, agent). You agree to use only the features and data that are authorized for your assigned role. Any attempt to access restricted features or data is a violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Share, redistribute, or publicly display content from the platform without authorization
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service through automated means without permission
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
  • Share login credentials or access codes provided to you with unauthorized third parties

6. Property Listings and Information

Property listings, pricing, availability, and other information displayed on the Service are provided by third-party developers and partners. While we strive for accuracy:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information
  • Listings are subject to change without notice, including price and availability
  • The Service does not constitute a real estate offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Int.RE and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

  • Clerk for authentication and account management
  • Google Analytics for website usage analysis
  • Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and optimization

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INT.RE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Int.RE and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
